  1. I think this is a good article, that trys to bring the general public back to reality. It is an UNEMOTIONAL evaluation of the legal fact patterns (aka evidence). Those who are stoking the racism fire should look more closely at the thousands of annual black-on-black murders which take place each year in all of the nation’s large metropolitan areas. Our society has “unlearned” how to resolve disagreements, and turned instead toward a “punch and shoot” reaction as automatically the way to resolve a perceived grievance. Those yelling loudest need to turn inward and look at themselves realistically (I realize this is a near impossibility). Instead they are the ones for whom every problem of life is someone else’s fault. Until that changes society will be plagued by these types of outlandish and unreasoable over reactions.
